Junk Orchestra Joins School Select

School Select welcomes the Junk Orchestra to www.school-workshops.com  They join almost 700 other workshop providers in offering their unique services to UK schools.

The Junk Orchestra combines: Music, storytelling, instrument building, recycling, and environmental issues into one subject. All instruments have been rescued from the scrap yard to form a funky hotch-potch collection of fabulous re-invented objects; an awesome green sound machine! From sliding plastic pipe trombones and scaffold xylophones to the haunting sounds of the trampoline reverb tubes the gas tank tongue drums. Every orchestra is different; every composition unique.
