The newly opened Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre is the perfect place for an educational trip. The varied programme is designed to develop new audiences of all ages and provides entertainment and learning opportunities. Generous group booking reductions are available and theatre tours can also be arranged for educational parties.

Agatha Christie’s The Spider’s Web May 25th – 30th

Presented by Bill Kenwright by special arrangement with Agatha Christie Ltd. Following the Agatha Christie Theatre  Company's hugely successful productions of 'The Hollow', 'The Unexpected Guest', and more recently 'And Then There Were None'; the fourth instalment in the highly acclaimed series promises to be the most intriguing and entertaining yet.

When Clarissa discovers a dead body in her drawing-room, she tries to dispose of it before her Foreign Office diplomat husband returns home with a government VIP in tow. As a web of deceit starts to unravel, Clarissa pulls her friends into a desperate race to unveil the murderer and solve the mystery before the police discover the felony and arrest her as their prime suspect! An ideal way to introduce new literature to any age group.

Horrible Histories 15th – 19th Sept

The whole of the First & Second World Wars crammed onto a theatre stage complete with shell firing tanks, exploding torpedoed ships and the blitzing of an entire city by massed bombers….. sound impossible? Not for “the excellent Birmingham Stage Company” and their hugely popular Horrible Histories theatre shows. This just launched national tour of Frightful First World War and Woeful Second World War uses amazing 3D special Bogglevision effects to bring a huge range of incredible scenes alive for families and the under 16s & makes these wonders seem to hover just above the audience’s heads. Horrible Histories is designed to educate and entertain and teachers packs and class room activities will be issued upon request.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 19th Dec to 10th Jan

The ideal way to end the year in traditional style with a fabulous trip to the Floral annual pantomime. This year the Floral is delighted to announce that the panto is the wonderful fairytale “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”. In this family pantomime, suitable for all ages, we welcome back Pete Price (Radio City 96.7) as Muddles the Court Jester, Merseyside’s favourite dame Roy Brandon as Nurse Glucose and as the recorded image and voice of the Magic Mirror Ken Dodd.
