Cow to Cone Experience - A fun, informative and captivating day out for your class can be had at the Cheshire Farm’s ‘Cow to Cone Experience’. Interactive talks from Women’s Farmer Union Guides are full of interesting facts about food, farming and the countryside, as well as fascinating things to look at and topped off with one of their award winning ice creams.

For just £3.50 per child interactive visits run throughout term time and include a complimentary ice cream and access to many of the farm’s activities. The Ice Cream Farm’s education room holds approximately 30 children, providing an indoor area to teach and eat lunch. Visits can be tailored to your specific requirements with advance notice and additional Classroom activities are available from songs and stories to animal footprints.

Cross curricular worksheets to support your visit are available to download for FREE. Adults can also enjoy learning at the Ice Cream Farm with a ‘Farm and Countryside Talk’ by one of our fascinating Woman’s Farmer Union guides. Talks last about 45 minutes to an hour and can be topped off with a delicious lunch or afternoon tea at the Ice Cream Farm’s Country Kitchen Café... not forgetting to complete your trip with one of the delicious Cheshire Farm ice creams.
