Maria has over twenty-five years experience in devising and delivering high quality arts workshops and training courses in a variety of educational and arts settings, throughout the UK and abroad. She has experience of working with all ages and abilities.

Maria believes there is a potential artist in everyone and has devised numerous intriguing exercises and methods for accessing the creative process effectively. Through her study of how the creative process is linked to the learning process Maria provides exciting developmental workshops that aim to use art-making to provide a transformational experience for participants.

Maria delivers workshops in a variety of media and works either alone or collaboratively with other artists and art forms. She is available for drawing, painting, sculpture and performance/installation workshops.

In addition, Maria has devised training days for teachers, artists and other professionals who will benefit from creative experiences. She can tailor workshops/training to suit your needs and welcomes inquiries.

Fees range from £250 per day for local schools - £500 per day for training or corporate events plus expenses: travel and materials (and accommodation if necessary).
