Cheering for Bebington High

The Airborn Nitros cheerleading squad visited Bebington High Sports College last week to offer their expertise during class gym sessions. 

The Nitros, a gymnastic squad based at the Airborn Academy in New Brighton, engaged the students with their amazing backflips and balancing acts, whilst helping the students understand how to take responsibility for themselves as well as others as part of a team.  With cheerleading being one of the fasted young activities in the UK today, both boys and girls teams participate in the sessions.  Our most accomplished youngsters progressed on to balancing and lifting.

 The Nitros offered students something different from the usual traditional physical activities, it was inclusive to all students and lots of fun.   The Nitros will hopefully be opening community sessions soon at the school in the near future.
