The NAC Group is a quality training provider now operating in the education sector. We specialise in the automotive manufacturing and logistics industry and are a forward thinking innovative company offering interactive learning and training for 9 to 18 year olds.

NAC Group visits will develop an understanding of the opportunities available and how they can benefit young and curious minds through workshops in schools and training programmes for school leavers. Our state of the art equipment and simulated production environments create a real illusion of how a factory operates.

NAC Group currently offers three programmes: Art of Manufacturing, Industrial Cadets and our Youth Evolution Scheme Traineeship Programme.  Each being very different and interesting.

The Art of Manufacturing is a one-day programme that consists of hands-on, interactive workshops to educate and engage primary schools in 21st century manufacturing and logistics. Industrial Cadets is a 5-day programme that introduces core principles of manufacturing and logistics to pupils and work within simulated production environments. Our Youth Evolution Scheme Traineeship Programme, also known as YES, is a 15 week programme, which includes industry qualifications, Level 2 in Maths and English and work experience in an automotive manufacturer.

The overall aim of the programmes is to broaden the minds of pupils and to provide the knowledge, hands-on experience and to practice some of the key concepts of manufacturing and logistics. They will also help pupils understand the ever-growing industry and the opportunities available to them within the local area.
