The purpose of The Chill Out Club is to help Students and Teachers in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Colleges and Universities to learn:

• Relaxation and meditation techniques

• To live in the present moment

• Mindfulness techniques

• To cope with stress

• To be calm and relaxed

• To be in control of thoughts and emotions

• To incorporate quick and easy relaxation techniques into the classroom

The Chill Out Club is facilitated by Gregg Chapman who is a qualified and registered Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Gregg also delivers training for Teachers on how to incorporate fast and effective stress management techniques into the classroom.  

A package of 3 - 4 sessions is ideal to give Students and Teachers the knowledge and motivation to practice on their own or form their own Chill Out Club.

Australian born, Gregg CHapman is also a professional didgeridoo player and specialises in Didgeridoo Sound Therapy and Australian themed workshops.
