Get Wet own and operate the highest High Ropes Course in the UK with the highest platform in their course located over 20 metres off the ground. Your party will enjoy monkeying around this challenging High Ropes Course, built in a forest of mature Douglas Firs.

Get Wet provide a wide range of outdoor activities to suit individuals, parties or school groups and they can tailor their activities to suit specific physical or recreational requirements. In addition to the highest ropes course Get Wet also has 3 different themed paintball sites. They can offer many other adventure activities like raft and bridge building, gorge walking and overnight camping experiences; ideal for developing cooperative participation, individual responsibility and for developing relationships and interdependence. The site is situated in North Wales and benefits from its setting in a naturally beautiful woodland environment open to the elements and fresh air.

Your day in the ropes course begins with a gentle warm up stroll through the forest, following hand made footpaths. Then, after a full safety brief and training session you climb the ladder into the bottom of the course, starting at the modest height of 7 meters. From here you set off on a journey through the trees tackling a variety of challenging elements which will test you physically and mentally eventually travelling to the highest point of the course at 21 metres above ground. Once you are up the only way left to go is down and that is achieved by flying down the “Big Zipper”, the huge gravity braked zip wire at the end of the ropes course. The course is designed to push participant’s boundaries but in a totally safe and supervised environment. The sense of achievement is palpable and the course will improve participant’s self esteem, confidence while also encouraging teamwork and cooperation.

Teachers will have as much fun as pupils at Get Wet and activities will be tailored to suit your specific needs. All of the activities at Get Wet are aimed at developing communication and teamwork within your group.
