Light House aims to increase the enjoyment and understanding of technologically – based media, in particular film, video, photography and creative media and to emphasise their importance to the cultural, social and economic life of Wolverhampton, the West Midlands and further afield. Light House has a varied programme of media courses and educational activities, photography exhibitions, events, film screenings and festivals that develop and support the growing creative industries in the city and region.
“Working with the creative team at Light House gave our students the chance to hone their film-making skills and gain an insight into the world of film production. The support they offered us, from project inception through to completion, was absolutely first class and the culmination of our project, its screening at the London Short Film Festival, was an experience our students will never forget.” Lance Hanson, Redhill School, Stourbridge
